STARTERS (choose one)
-Scallop Tartare - dashi-infused ponzu , thai chilies, scallions, cucumber
-Crispy Wonton Salad - artisan lettuce, shaved vegetables, grape tomatoes, miso yuzu dressing
-Lamb Satay- all natural marinated leg of lamb skewers, sliced jicama & cucumber, spicy tamarind peanut sauce

-Duck Congee - smoked duck breast, rice porridge, crispy onions, sautéed mushrooms, thai chilies,tamari soy sauce, sesame oil, cilantro, scallions
-Rack of Lamb - black bean garlic green beans, ginger edamame arborio rice, sesame demi glace, micro greens
-Chashu Pork Shoyu Ramen - tomkotsu pork bone broth, marinated braised pork belly, soy soft boiled egg, scallions, cilantro, wheat noodles, furikake
